What our customers say
★★★★★
“Great customer service! Easy delivery! Thank you Raj for being responsive”

Woven 100% cotton gauze sponges in 8, 12 and 16 ply. Non-sterile sponges come 200 to a sleeve for cleaning and prep, and sterile sponges come two to a pouch or ten to a tray. The Advantage line costs less, and one tray carries an x-ray detectable element.
Woven 100% cotton with folded edges. Sterility, ply and case count are in the specs chart on every product page.
More ply means a thicker, more absorbent sponge. 8 ply suits light cleaning, 12 ply most dressing work, and 16 ply heavier drainage.
Eleven are non-sterile, packed 200 to a sleeve for cleaning, prep and general dressing work. Nine are sterile: pouches of 2 for one dressing change, or trays of 10 for a procedure that needs a full set. Dynarex does not state sterility for the cotton-filled 2×2 in sponge.
Advantage is Dynarex's lower-cost line of woven cotton sponges, with every cut edge folded inside. Where an Advantage sponge matches a standard one in size and ply, the Advantage costs less per sponge.
The 4×4 in, 16-ply sponge in trays of 10 carries a blue element that shows on an x-ray, for sites that count sponges in and out.
Every sponge is sold by the full case. The price per sleeve, pouch or tray is shown under the case price.
Right here, online. Med Supply Lab sells gauze sponges by the full case, sterile and non-sterile, from 2×2 to 8×4 in. Each product page lists the size, ply, sterility and price per case, and links the Dynarex sell sheet. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
For sterile pads one to a pouch, see Gauze Pads. For low-lint sponges, see Non-Woven & Post-Op Sponges. The full range is under Gauze Sponges & Pads.
