Wide mouth packers in natural HDPE, specified by neck finish and capacity. Each size has a matched child-resistant cap certified as a package system.
The 30cc and 45cc share a 28-400 cap — one line item covers both.
Buying guideHow the three sizes differ, and which cap fits which
Sizes and capacity
Three sizes cover most dispensing: 30cc (1 oz), 45cc (1.5 oz) and 60cc (2 oz). The 30cc and 45cc share a 28-400 neck, so one cap covers both — one line item instead of two, and no risk of a mismatched pairing reaching the bench. The 60cc takes a 32-400 neck and needs its own cap.
All three are natural high-density polyethylene. The translucent finish shows fill level without opening the container, which is why plastic medicine bottles in this style are used where contents are checked at a glance.
Round or square
The 30cc and 60cc are round. The 45cc is square, and the difference is not cosmetic: square bodies sit flush against each other, so a case holds more units in the same footprint and a shelf holds more cases. Square also gives four flat label panels instead of a single curved wrap — worth having where a label carries patient details, a barcode and a warning.
