45cc Take-Home Bottles
Our 45cc take-home bottles are designed for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinics and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) to dispense methadone and other liquid medications safely and consistently. The compact 45cc (1.52 oz) size supports accurate dosing, clear labeling, and secure transport for daily or weekly take-home regimens.

These bottles support DEA and SAMHSA best practices for secure dispensing and diversion prevention. Each bottle is manufactured to stringent medical-grade safety and quality standards and is compatible with chain-of-custody and witnessed hand-off workflows.
The cap (polypropylene homopolymer), bottle (polyethylene), and foil liner all passed independent FDA food-contact material testing — 21 CFR 177.1520 for the cap and bottle, 21 CFR 175.300 for the liner.
