Pharmacy bottles, child-resistant caps and graduated medicine cups, sold by the case. The bottles are wide mouth packers in natural HDPE — 30cc, 45cc and 60cc — each with a matched closure certified as a package system. The 3.5 oz cup is the only graduated item in the range.

Buying guideSizes, closures, certification and how the range fits together

Sizes

The bottles run 30cc, 45cc and 60cc. The 30cc suits lower-volume unit dispensing, the 45cc is the most commonly specified size across dispensing programs, and the 60cc covers higher-volume or split-dose regimens. They are packers — straight-sided containers with no markings. Where a dose has to be poured and read rather than counted, the 3.5 oz graduated cup is the measuring vessel, a unit dose cup for liquid medication.

Choosing a closure

Child-resistant caps are the baseline wherever medication leaves a controlled setting. A foil induction seal bonds a foil membrane to the bottle rim under an induction sealer. That gives tamper evidence: a visible record of first opening that must be broken to reach the contents. A pressure-sensitive foam liner seals on capping without heat, so no sealing equipment is required — faster to apply, without the visible-opening record of the foil. Our guide on induction foil versus pressure-sensitive seals walks through the trade-off.

Bottles and closures, ordered separately

Bottles and closures are sold as separate line items, not a bundled set — the standard across pharmacy and packaging catalogs, and it gives a facility two things to reorder independently rather than one fixed combination. One 28-400 closure fits both the 30cc and the 45cc bottle, so a facility standardizing on that neck finish carries a single cap SKU across two bottle sizes. Case quantities match exactly: a case of bottles and a case of matched closures use out even, with nothing left over.

Certification and materials

The bottles and their matched caps are certified as a package system under 16 CFR 1700.15 and ISO 8317, and the materials are tested to FDA food-contact standards under 21 CFR 177.1520 and 175.300. Testing is by Unitec Laboratory Services, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab. The cup is food-contact grade polypropylene — it is not a certified closure and carries no child-resistance claim. In packaging terms, the bottle and its closure are the primary packaging, the layer in direct contact with the contents. The case around them is the secondary packaging, and a pallet order adds the tertiary layer. The same standards are used across the pharmaceutical industry for protecting pharmaceutical products in transit and storage.

Supply continuity

We ship from two distribution centers, in California and Georgia. See what a supply gap actually costs a program. Two locations also shorten the supply chain to most of the country, which is part of what keeps lead times predictable.

Ordering

Sold by the case to verified facilities — one case or a thousand, there is no minimum order. Prices are shown on every page — create an account to place an order, and approval is instant. Free sample packs are available — 50 units of each item — so you can confirm fit and finish before committing to a volume.

Who orders from this page

Pharmacies and compounding pharmacies, hospital and health-system pharmacy, long-term care and skilled nursing, home health and hospice, urgent care and physician offices, and correctional health all reorder bottles, closures and cups from this page on their own schedule. Matched sizing across the range means a case of bottles, a case of closures and a case of cups can be ordered together without guessing at fit.
