Induction sealing without direct heat
A coil in the head generates an electromagnetic field that heats the foil liner inside the cap. The liner bonds to the bottle lip, and neither the closure nor the contents take direct heat. Results stay consistent from the first bottle of a run to the last. For plastic, glass and other non-metallic containers. Not for sealing metal containers.

Which caps work with an induction sealing machine?
Any closure from 15 mm to 100 mm that has a foil induction liner. Our 28-400 Child-Resistant Cap, Foil Seal and 32-400 Child-Resistant Cap, Foil Seal carry a foil induction liner and work with this sealer. Caps with a foam or pressure-sensitive liner cannot be induction sealed.
Can it seal plastic and glass bottles?
Yes. It is an induction sealing machine for plastic bottles, including HDPE packer bottles, and it also works on glass and other non-metallic containers. It is not for metal containers.
