Induction sealing without direct heat
A coil in the head generates an electromagnetic field that heats the foil liner inside the cap. The liner bonds to the bottle lip, and neither the closure nor the contents take direct heat. Results stay consistent from the first bottle of a run to the last.
A hand held induction sealing machine for short runs
Bench-top or in hand, with no fixed installation and no conveyor. Set the power and the dwell, seal a bottle, move on. It suits short runs, pilot batches and any operation sealing in tens or hundreds rather than thousands.
