Six-panel screens add one substance to the standard five — usually benzodiazepines or oxycodone, depending on what the protocol is watching for.
All formats use the same lateral-flow chemistry — the difference is collection and cost.
Buying guideWhat the sixth panel adds, and which to choose
What the sixth panel adds
The choice is between benzodiazepines and oxycodone, and it is the whole decision at this count. Benzodiazepines catch a broad class widely present in polysubstance use; oxycodone targets prescription opioid misuse specifically. A no-THC variant exists where cannabis is legal locally and screening for it serves no purpose.
Which format to choose
Six configurations across integrated cup, compact cup and dip card. Same chemistry, same five-minute read — the difference is cost per test and how many steps the collector takes.
Regulatory status
All six-panel configurations on this page are CLIA-waived and usable for clinical decisions in a CLIA-waived setting.
Ordering
Cups are sold by the case, 50 or 100 tests. Dip cards are sold by the case, 50 or 100 cards.
