32-400 Child-Resistant Cap, Foam Liner
A 32-400 child-resistant cap with a 1.0 mm LDPE foam liner that seals on contact — no induction sealer, no heat, no second operation. It fits our 60cc packer bottle only; the 30cc and 45cc take a 28-400 neck. Sold by the case of 2,000 caps.

Applications and uses
This is the hand-capped option for the 60cc bottle. A polyethylene foam liner seals the moment the cap is applied — no induction sealer, no heat, no second operation, and no capital equipment to buy or maintain. Where the alternative is a foil seal that cannot be applied without a sealer, that difference is usually the whole purchasing decision.
Fit and compatibility
This is a 32-400 cap and it fits our 60cc packer bottle. It does not fit the 30cc or the 45cc — those take a 28-400 neck and use a different cap. Match on the neck finish rather than the bottle size: the neck is the dimension the closure engages with, and two bottles of similar capacity can carry different necks. If you run the 60cc alongside the smaller sizes, you are buying two cap line items, not one.
How the liner seals
The liner is 1.0 mm polyethylene foam, and it is pressure sensitive rather than heat activated. It bonds to the bottle rim under the pressure of the cap itself as the closure is tightened, and it re-seats each time the container is closed again. There is nothing to switch on and nothing to wait for: the pressure sensitive seal is complete as soon as the cap is torqued down, which is what makes it workable at a dispensing counter rather than on a filling line.
A polyethylene foam liner suits contents that need a reliable barrier rather than a visible record of first opening. If you need that record instead, our 32-400 foil seal cap is the same closure with an aluminium induction liner — it will show whether a container has been opened, but it requires an induction sealer to apply. Application torque for either is 98–118 N·cm (8.7–10.4 in-lb).

Material and compliance
This cap is polypropylene, independently tested to FDA food-contact standards, with a polyethylene foam liner. Both passed independent FDA food-contact material testing and both are free of BPA, phthalates and latex.
Child resistance is certified on the package system — this cap with the 60cc bottle, tested together. The certification covers the combination you receive. Child resistance is a property of the closure itself, the push-and-turn mechanism on the neck finish, rather than of the liner fitted inside it. Certified under 16 CFR 1700.15 and ISO 8317.
Independent test documentation
The cap (polypropylene homopolymer) and the polyethylene foam liner both passed independent FDA food-contact material testing.
Independently certified child-resistant packaging under 16 CFR 1700.15 (Poison Prevention Packaging Act) and ISO 8317.
Independently tested by Unitec Laboratory Services, an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab.
Pairs with
This closure fits our 60cc packer bottle and nothing else in the range. Caps ship 2,000 per case against the bottle's 1,000, so one case of caps covers two of bottles. If you need a visible record of first opening instead, the 32-400 foil seal is the same closure with a different liner.
