Island, composite or super absorbent
An island dressing is a soft pad on a non-woven adhesive border. The DynaGuard composite adds a foam layer and a waterproof outer layer. DynaSorb has a super absorbent core that holds a lot of fluid, with or without an adhesive border.
Choosing a size
The island dressings run from 2 × 3 1/2 in to a long 4 × 13 3/4 in strip. The composite and DynaSorb dressings come 4 × 4 and 6 × 6 in.

Every item is sold by the full case, 120 to 300 dressings. The price per dressing is shown under the case price.
