What it is
A layered dressing with a super absorbent core that takes up a lot of fluid and holds it, a contact layer on the skin side and a waterproof backing. An adhesive border holds it in place.
How it is used
Center the pad over the area and smooth the border down. Change it as directed by a doctor or nurse.
