A preliminary positive should be confirmed by a more specific method such as GC/MS or LC/MS.
By the box. One box is 25 tests, the minimum is one box, and there is no ceiling — a program needing 3,000 tests orders 120 boxes with no change of item. Twenty boxes is a sealed case.
