What it is
Dynarex LabChoice 8020 is made of clear 1.8 mil low-density polyethylene and printed with the biohazard symbol. One pouch takes the specimen and a separate pouch keeps the requisition separate. The zip closure reseals, a tear line opens the bag quickly when resealing is not needed, and checkmark boxes record whether the specimen is frozen, refrigerated or at room temperature.
How it is used
Place the capped cup in the main pouch, slide the paperwork into the outer pouch, mark the temperature box and zip it closed. The 6 x 9 size fits a standard specimen cup such as the 4 oz (4253) or 60 mL (43022).
Choosing the right one
For a larger cup or two specimens together, step up to 8 x 10 (8021). The 12 x 15 (8022) takes bigger containers, and the 4 x 6 (8023) is for tubes and small containers.
