What it is
Dynarex LabChoice 43050 is a compact, general-purpose container: 30 mL of clear polystyrene, a red polyethylene screw-on cap and a writing label for identification. The transparent walls make the sample easy to see. Dynarex rates this version for centrifugation up to 4000×g. It is not made with natural rubber latex.
How it is used
Use it when a small sample, solid or liquid, needs a secure, leak-resistant container that can also go into a centrifuge at moderate speed. Fill, cap, label and send it on.
Choosing the right one
The polypropylene version (43051) looks the same but is rated for centrifugation up to 6000×g, so choose 43051 if your centrifuge runs faster than 4000×g. For a small cup without centrifuge use, see the 40 mL specimen cup (43020).
