What it is
A dry, sterile sheet of tear-resistant spun-bonded fabric. It has no gel: its job is to cover a burn patient completely and keep the burn covered and clean. Not made with natural rubber latex.
How it is used
Open the bag and wrap the sheet around the patient for transport. It folds down to cover a smaller area when needed. Single use.
Choosing the right one
Use the sheet when you need full-body cover at low cost. When the burn also needs cooling, the gel blankets (1337, 1338) do both.
