What it is
A soft polyurethane foam pad with a thin film backing. It has no adhesive and no border, so it is held in place with tape, a wrap or a cover dressing. Each one is sterile and packed on its own.
How it is used
Place the foam side on the wound, then hold the dressing with tape, a wrap or a cover dressing. Change it as directed by a doctor or nurse.
