What it is
An all-in-one Israeli-style bandage: a non-stick pad attached to an elastic bandage, with a pressure bar and a closure clip. Each one is sterile and vacuum-packed flat, so it takes little room in a first-aid or trauma kit. Not made with natural rubber latex.
How it is used
Put the pad on the wound and wrap the bandage around the limb. Slip it through the slot in the pressure bar, fold it back over the bar so the bar presses on the pad, keep wrapping, and fasten the end with the clip. Don't use one if its pack is open or damaged.
