What it is
A clear, porous film tape with a medical adhesive. It stretches with the body as it moves, and you can check the skin without lifting it. Not made with natural rubber latex.
How it is used
Use it to hold dressings, IV tubing and catheters. Tear to length, press onto clean, dry skin, and check the site through the tape.
Choosing the right one
The 3 in width suits big dressings and wide areas. Other sizes: 1 in x 1.5 yd (3560), 1 in x 10 yd (3572) or 2 in x 10 yd (3573). For a gentler tape, see paper tape. For a firmer hold, see cloth tape.
