Q. Are you a Dealer or Manufacturer?
Med Supply Lab is manufacturer which produces all our products in our factory.
Q. How can Med Supply Lab offer such a large inventory?
Because we produce on our production lines we can stock as little or as much inventory as our customers need.
Q. Are your prices competitive?
Our prices are by far the best in the industry based on the volume of our customers’ purchases.
Q. Will I sacrifice customer service in exchange for the great price?
A price of the product is not worth anything if our clients can’t communicate with us about their needs and desires effectively. We always go beyond expectations; it’s very personal to our company.
Q. What is your standard shipping method?
We ship FedEx ground by default, but you have options if you need it faster.
Q. What is the online customer portal?
Our private customer portal is a micro web store made specifically for your company with the products and pricing negotiated explicitly for your company.
Q. What are payment terms?
If your company’s volume meets our minimum thresholds and orders are placed through the online portal, we have a net of 15 days. But all payment terms can be negotiated.
Q. Can Med Supply Lab manufacturer items you do not already produce?
If your company’s consumption is significant, we can discuss your specific products and needs. We can produce more than we offer based on our customer’s needs.
Q. How often do you increase prices?
We never like to increase our prices. We have not increased our prices for the last 12 months even though the shortage of raw materials due to the pandemic has caused prices to surge.
We believe, that since we control our supply chain, we can absorb these temporary fluctuations better than other competitors.
Q. How does your waste management service work? Is it available nationwide?
We have partnered with one of the largest companies that provides pick-up and disposable services for medical and pharma bio-hazard material and waste. Our services are available nationwide though, in some remote areas, we use a third party to pick up the waste to bring to our facility.
Q. What is PPPA Certified Packaging?
PPPA stands for – Poison Prevention Packaging Standards, Food Drug & Cosmetic Act. The main purpose of this certification, which is given by an independent ISO credited agency, is to hold manufacturers accountable for the integrity of the packaging being produced, so they clearly and truthfully label the material the packaging was made from, as well as make sure the CR closures pass random open and closing tests from 300 participants. At Med Supply Lab, our dosing supplies are made to the highest standards possible to assure no quality assurance cut is made.
